Members should be aware that they do not own or have a right to any particular assets of the Fund or the right to influence how an asset should be dealt with, either during the life of the Fund or when it terminates.  The investment options and divisions of the Fund are not separate trusts.  Technically, the assets of one option or division can be available to meet the liabilities of another option or division.  This could affect investment performance.  However, the trustee considers the possibility of this is very remote because of the way the options and divisions are managed.
